Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Using the 'Quick Access' box on the homepage, click GO following 'Send me my password'. After answering the security question correctly a new password will be sent to your email. When you log back in, you can reset your password to your preference.

Q: What if I want to put a tower on my own property?
A: Please visit the T-Mobile Real Estate website and you have the opportunity to submit your location information if you like.

Q: Where do I send my application fee & SA fee?

Q: How long will the process take after I submit my application?
A: Please see the Process Overview under the Resources Tab to view the timeframes you should expect in the leasing process.

Q: How can I find out what the highest available Center Line (a.k.a RAD Center) is on a particular tower and/or if there is available ground space?
