Login to start Initial Application
If you would like to access an Initial Application already started, but not yet
submitted, please use the My Applications tab located in My Account. If you would
like to revise an Initial Application that you have previously submitted, please
contact your Collocation Specialist. The Modification Application is not to be used
for this purpose.
